The Physical Aspect Of Stress: Positive Impact.

Brought about by many experts and psychiatrists, stress is now believed widely among us that it is a harmful and destructive disease which can be caused to a human’s brain. However, some of today’s proven factors demonstrate the opposite, in which stress can be a benefit to a certain extent or amount.

Stress is a term that refers to the mental state where the pressure have strong impact on the human bodies. During this state, the body produces a kind of element in the brain that helps to cope with challenges, anxiety, anger, fear, or any other kind of extreme emotions. While most people believe this progress of producing the element is harmful and unhealthy to the human’s lifestyle, there are significant evidences showing that if one can manage the pattern of coping with a considerable amount of stress, the person would have some advantages in real life, both in physical and mental field.
First of all, the advantage that can be derived from stress is the enhancement of functions in the way the body works. An acceptable amount of stress can help your physical ability be stronger. For example, most athletes when questioned came up with the answer that they tend to do better under a certain kind of pressure during competitions. That is because of the special element that is produced in the situation when one have to put up with stress. However, only a manageable amount of stress would help strengthen the muscles and lighten up the activities of internal organs. Any form of stress that passed the limit would be harmful for the body.
Secondly, eustress – the positive form of stress – can help you maintain the constancy of your stamina towards difficult physical challenges and strengthen your immune system. By coping with stress, you would feel much easier to maintain good strength, because the pressure from stress can actually exercise your body’s ability to work effectively even in the harshest conditions. Therefore, it can have a positive effect on the human body’s resistancy and immune system.

In conclusion, an acceptable amount of stress may bring you a lot more benefits than anybody can think of. Unlike the other statements saying that stress only provides us with harm, there is a fact that we should consider which is stress can be really helpful if we know how to take advantage of it.
