The Physical Aspect Of Stress: Negative Impact.

As we all know, nowadays stress has been a very common disease, not only among the white-collar community but also spreading throughout the society. Along with some benefits, most of the time stress leaves a negative mark on our lifestyle that cannot be easily removed. One of the impacts of stress on ourselves that we should acknowledge is the negative physical impact.

Firstly, the negative effect of stress towards physical ability of human is demonstrated in the loss of power in certain types of muscles and other internal organs of the body. It is proven by experts and doctors that an overdose of stress could lead to serious damage to the function of organs, especially those that concern with psychological system. A great number of people suffer from stress also got other side effects and diseases such as kidney malfunction, kidney stone, intestine problems, memory loss, parkinson and other serious diseases.

Secondly, it can be seen clearly that stress also affects badly on the amount of work that we could manage during a certain time. While without stress you can work for more hours in a day, and the work you have done proved to be more efficient; the effectiveness of work you do during stress is much less and of course, also less in the amount of time. That is because to most people, stress prevent them from carrying out physical tasks in the usual way. For example, a person would do much better in a relaxed state of mind rather than a stressful one.

To sum up, in general, stress tends to give humankind harmful effects on the physical strength than a positive one. However, if we know how to take advantage of stress, we can still exploit our own ability in different situations including stress itself.
