In fact it is one of the most common diseases that people suffer from, but strangely enough, not many know how to recognised the evidence of being under stress. However, the key to diagnosing yourself whether you have stress is very simple: by observing some of the following symptoms.The evidences of oneself being diagnosed with stress include the unusual activities and disorders that are related to physical strength, mentality and social relationships.
