The Main Reasons For Stress.
Stress is now considered to be one of the most serious conditions derived from surrounding environments of different people. Many of us nowadays are diagnosed with stress and have no other way to cope with it but to live along and consider it as a burden they cannot get rid of. That is because most people do not even know how and why they got stressed. Without knowing the root, one cannot solve a problem effectively. However, if we paid attention, there are some main causes to stress that may help you recognise and avoid getting into this annoying situation.The first cause of stress lies in the outside environment, meaning anything happen unwillingly out of your control you have to put up with. That includes natural disasters, the weather, the noise, the traffic, dust, pollution…or any kind of disturbance caused not under control. This reason tends to be the hardest to identify and solve, because it cannot be balanced artificially.
Secondly, it is believed that the tension from social connections and family usually causes you the most stressful situations. This many sound nonsense at the first impression, but most experts have pointed out the environments that cause you highest stress usually are the ones you are closest to. Which means, only a small action can have a negative impact on your mental power. Stress may derive from the deadline of your work, the financial problems you have to deal with, the overload of work amount, the tremendous change of workplace, the over-concentration on a matter, the loss of your relatives, love-related problems, conflicts with family members…these can all be the major reason of your increasing stress in daily life.
Thirdly, physical problems can also be the potential harm to people’s mental ability. People with diseases and/or unhealthy lifestyle are more easy to be exposed to stress than people who exercise regularly and have a healthy diet. Imagine suffering from a serious illness. Who can remain unstressful under such conditions? So it is highly believed that health problems can be a very serious cause of your stress.
Last but not least, it is our own thoughts that have major impact on the sustainablity of ourselves. One may not know how their thoughts can be harmful this way, but it is indeed proved that overthinking, especially negative ones, may just put more unnecessary stress on our mind. Picturing bad situations and negative future in your head does not help to solve neither your conscience nor your strength. The key to avoid stress is to live positively without any overthinking.
To sum up, stress can be caused by four main reasons which are: outside environment, social tension, unhealthy lifestyle, and negative thoughts. To maintain a balanced, happy and energetic life, we should avoid these as a way to fight against stress in life.
